- NYS Attorney General / Internet Bureau info. The general program takes about 100, but the Internet Bureau took 3 in 2008. Alumnus: Josh Simmons.
- Public Patent Foundation info Summer and Semester Opportunities
- Software Freedom Law Center info run by Eben Moglen. Took 2 in 2008. Term-time possibly available. Looks for a much more technical background than most: you'd need to at least fathom getting comfortable with the command line. Alumni: Andrei Voinigescu, Daniel Harris.

- Media Law Resource Center info Work with issues such as Reporter's Privilege, Copyright, Privacy, Freedom of Information, Prior Restraint, etc. Takes about 2-4 interns in summer; term-time opportunities also available. Alumna: Brittney Pescatore.
